Following are different types of labels supplied by us.

a. High Temperature Labels for PCB ID& Traceability

We offer customised high temperature labels to be applied before Wave & Reflow solder process which can easily withstand 300 0C upto 70 seconds. Once passed through solder cycle the label material, print and adhesive becomes resistant to chemicals like IPA, saponifierand de-fluxing agents.

b. Abrasion, Temperature &Chemical resistant Label

These labels are customised based on the application which calls for high resistance to abrasion elevated temperature & exposure to industrial chemicals in general industrial & Automotive applications where the label material, print and adhesion to different surface is critical to quality of your product.

c. Tamper Evident Labels

We can supply different types of customised labels which indicates if there was a Tampering with your product in key access points. These are also known as security labels. These can be broadly classified into

i. Footprint Void Labels – In this case the void footprint is left on the base surface thereby indicating the tamper evidence & the print can’t be matched back like original. THT printing is Possible on these labels.

ii. Non Footprint Void Labels – These labels don’t leave any adhesive residue on the Surface but they leave a print on the label and even if pasted back the Void mark remains effective. Application includes – Aesthetic boxes, Mobile cameras. THT printing is Possible on these labels.

iii. Destructive Void Label – These labels are destructive in Nature after application on the surface and curing time of few minutes. They break into pieces and it indicates that the product has been tampered. THT printing is possible on these labels.

d. Water Indication Label

These labels are used for indication of water indication in your products like mobile handset. The label changes color permanently once it comes in contact with water.

e. Temperature Indicator Labels

These labels change color once a certain temperature is reached on the surface where they are applied. The change in color is irreversible which gives you advantage of permanent validation as compared to other option in the market where the labels go back to original color after sometime.
